The Drive Partnership has opened an expression of interest process for an Independent Evaluator of three specialist domestic abuse perpetrator programmes that have been recently launched with delivery partners as part of the Drive Partnership’s National Systems Change work, thanks to further funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, and Treebeard Trust.
The co-designed specialist responses to domestic abuse have been designed to address systemic gaps in responses to domestic abuse across Black African, Caribbean, and Mixed Heritage communities, South Asian communities, and LGBT+ communities:
- The Pamoja Njia Bora Programme (Together, We’ll Find the Best Path Forward), designed for Black African, Caribbean, and Mixed Heritage communities, is being delivered by Creating Equalz, Silenced CIC, and Bambuuu.
- The CHAB Programme (Changing Harmful Attitudes & Behaviours), designed for South Asian communities, is being delivered by H.O.P.E CIC, Sikh Women’s Aid, Halo, and Pegasus Ltd.
- The LEVEL programme, designed for LGBT+ communities, is being delivered by WomenCentre and The Brunswick Centre.
The Independent Evaluator will conduct a process evaluation on the full programme of work.
We are particularly interested in hearing from evaluators with experience in community-led or culturally specific approaches, systems change, and domestic abuse responses.
The expression of interest process opened on 4 August 2025. The deadline for expressions of interest is 8 September 2025.
